Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically regulate a gain at inertia varying time by correcting a gain from the relationship between the inertia and a speed. CONSTITUTION:A responding speed omega1 at a time T1 when a step speed command of the size S1 is applied and its time is set as 0 is obtained by corresponding to various values of inertial J, and the corresponding relation is stored in a memory 1 as a table. The step speed command of the size S2 is actually applied to a speed control system to obtain the speed omega2 when the time T1 is elapsed. A comparison calculator 2 obtains the value of the inertial J corresponding t the speed omega2 nearest to (S2/S1).omega2, KNU.(J/JN) is calculated as a gain set value from the value of the inertial J and an ideal gain KNU for the preset inertial JU, and output.
