Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve a correction precision of a machining condition by correcting the machining condition according to a regulation which changes accompanying an oscillatory level, which is an oscillatory fluctuating level of a measurement value by a measurement device.
CONSTITUTION: In a feedback type fixed size position correction device, which enumerates an interim correction value U for an interim value of a correction value U on the basis of a measurement value X according to fuzzy inference and decides the final correction value U* for the final value of the correction value U in this time on the basis of the interim correction value U, the interim correction value U is enumerated using a negative (dull) fuzzy rule (S304) when an oscillatory level of the measurement value X is high and an abnormal flag is ON (S301, 302). On the other hand, a positive (sharp) fuzzy rule is used to enumerate the interim correction value U (S303) when an osciilatory level is low and the abnormal flag is off (S301, 302).
