Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of abnormality of noise or a transfer mis take, etc., by calculating the velocity command of each shaft of a feeder device by using a press crank angle obtd. by estimation calculation.
CONSTITUTION: In a feeder controller for press, the output of a press crank detecting means is fetched every prescribed period, and the velocity command of each shaft of the feeder device is calculated based on the crank angle. Then the storage means stores the detected value of the press crank angle detecting means over plural periods. An estimation arithmetic means operates estimation calculation of the present press crank angle based on the press crank angle of plural periods stored to the storage means. A velocity command arithmetic means calculates the velocity command of each shaft of the feeder device by using the press crank angle obtd. from estimation calculation of the estimation arithmetic means. Therefore, the feeder device can be driven following the velocity command which is smoothly varied.
