Abstract:

To provide a feeder for an aluminum heat exchange hollow tube capable of accurately measuring the length of the tube and feeding it to a cutting device without giving a bow and a damage to an extremely thin and narrow aluminum heat exchange hollow tube easy to be bowed and damaged.

An upper stage and a lower stage timing belts 13A and 13B to be synchronously driven for rotation with each pair of geared flange pulleys 11A, 12A and 11B, 12B are stretched through plural upper stage and lower stage geared belt guide wheels 14A and 14B arranged in the horizontal direction, and an aluminum heat exchange hollow tube 60 is pinched by the belts 13A and 13B, and fed without giving a bow and a damage to the tube while preventing the lateral vibration. Continuously, the tube is pinched between two vertically moving upper stage free rotation presser rubber rolls 51A and 51B and a lower stage free rotation measure ring rubber roll 52 to prevent the generation of a slip of the tube 60 and to correct the bow of the tube 60 at an upper and a lower parts thereof in the progressing direction, and the tube is measured, and fed to a cutting device.
