PURPOSE: To always introduce homogeneous body into a mold and to obtain a molded article little in dispersion of quality by providing a measuring hopper which is nearly equally correspondent to the dimension of a molded form to the lower part of a service hopper and an intermediate hopper and providing an introducing hopper which is nearly equally correspondent to the dimension of the measuring hopper and equipped with an agitator to the lower part of the measuring hopper.
CONSTITUTION: When a service hopper 4 is moved at the prescribed distance, an opening and closing cover 8 is opened in right and left both sides. Body falls into a lower intermediate hopper 9 and is placed on a belt feeder 10 having prescribed width and introduced into a measuring hopper 11 of the side. The measuring hopper 11 is provided to the lower part of the side end of the belt feeder 10. An inserting hopper can be fitted into this hopper so that it is allowed to coincide with the dimension of a molded body. While body carried in a state correspondent to the dimension of the molded body obtained heretofore maintains the intact state, it can be introduced into the measuring hopper 11 from the belt feeder 10. Body falls into an introducing hopper 12 provided just under the measuring hopper 11 and is introduced into a mold 13 from the introducing hopper 12 and refractory is molded.
