PURPOSE: To make parts feedable in an efficient manner, by molding each part in extrusion directly to a parts conveying film, while automatically feeding these parts to every working device in a state of being mounted on the conveying film.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyance positioning hole 3a and prepared holes 3a and 3b for mold parts use are formed in a conveying film 3. This conveying film 3 is fed to a molding machine 5 each one pitch by an empty reel 6 and a charged reel 7 via the conveyance positioning hole 3c. Then, a foot of each of mold parts is formed in the prepared holes 3a and 3b for mold parts use and its fool is automatically conveyed whereby it is rolled on the charged reel 7. The conveying film 3 being rolled on the charged reel 7 is automatically fed to every working device. According to this method, these mold parts are directly molded in extrusion to the conveying film 3 so that automatic discharge of these mold parts comes possible to be done. And, what is more, repacking work for feeding these mold parts to every working device is omissible.
