PURPOSE: To manufacture the above tile, onto which various patterns are applied, by a method wherein a main powder box is fixed to the rear position of a frame, which is reciprocatingly controlled between an apron plate and a lower form and to the front position of which a double layer powder box is fixed, and a shutter plate, which is provided at the lower end of said double layer powder box, is controlled so as to be slid to the direction of a production line.

CONSTITUTION: An apron plate 6 is provided under the state being extended from the lower form 2 of a tile pressing machine to the direction of the tile pressing machine 1. In addition, a frame, which is reciprocatingly controlled between said apron plate 6 and the lower form 2, are provided. Further, to the rear position of said frame, a main powder box 7 is fixed and, to its front position, a double layer powder box 12 is fixed. Furthermore, at the lower end of said double layer powder box, a shutter plate 15, on which a slit-like opening 1.3 is bored, is provided and controlled so as to be slid in the direction of the production line. Firstly, the main powder box 7 is moved forwards above the lower form 2 so as to fill powder stock W in the lower form. Then, the double layer powder box 12 is moved backwards to the above-mentioned position and, after that, by sliding the shutter plate 15, powder stock is filled through the opening 13 of said shutter plate onto the first layer in the lower form so as to realize uniform double-layered filling.
