This feeding device 100 has a nut 22 screwed with a spiral shaft 21 via a plurality of steel balls 23 and a cylinder 3 slidably internally arranging the nut 22 and integrally rotatable with the nut 22 with its center as a rotary shaft, and performs feed operation of the nut 22, and has a drive gear shaft 5 arranged in parallel to the spiral shaft 21, a cylinder input gear unit 6 rotatable by interlocking the cylinder 3 and the drive gear shaft 5, a clutch mechanism 7 for switching the transmission and cutoff of rotational power to the drive gear shaft 5 in the drive gear shaft 5, and a brake mechanism 8 capable of stopping rotation of the drive gear shaft 5, and can perform the slow motion feed operation and the rough motion feed operation by operation of the clutch mechanism 7 and the brake mechanism 8.
