PURPOSE: To achieve significantly higher precision than usually obtained by conventional means in feeding the titled material, by means of transporting material upon engaging the punched hole of the material with finger that synchronizes with reciprocation of the ram.

CONSTITUTION: In the titled process feeding material 7 by one pitch by every reciprocation of the ram 3, the finger 17 located below the punching station 8 is set back by one pitch synchronizing with the descending of the ram, 3 then the nail part of the finger is engaged with the punched hole of material 7 by spring means, and then, the finger 17 is set forward synchronously with lifting motion of the ram 3 so that the material 7 is successively fed to respective punches 12aW12k. Said synchronizing means consists of a means that converts the up/down motion of the rod interconnected with the ram 3 into revolution, and another means that converts said revolution into forward motion of said finger, respectively.
