Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably detect a weft Y even in the presence of intense external light disturbance with e.g. a stroboscopic flash lamp.
CONSTITUTION: A feeler signal Sf transmitted from a light-receiver L2 is inputted to a signal processing circuit 10 having low-pass filters 13, 15. The circuit 10 is provided with an action controlling circuit 20, which stops the action of the low-pass filters 13, 15 for a prescribed stop period through switching circuits 12, 14 corresponding to the noise signal superposed to the feeler signal Sf. Accordingly, a weft signal Sy can be outputted exclusively corresponding to the true yarn signal by the functions of a low-pass filter 32 and a threshold circuit 33.
