Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence structure that becomes light and that blocks an interception object such as a person, an animal, a vehicle and the like, having to be prevented from moving, and a fiber metal composite rope for use in the fence structure.SOLUTION: A fence structure includes a rope and a support for stretching the rope. Characteristically, the rope comprises a core in which pieces of high-strength fiber yarn are twisted together, and a plurality of lateral strands that are arranged on the outer periphery of the core and in which pieces of metal yarn are twisted together.
