To place a plant bowl and a planter basket on a fence by providing a fence formed by supports and a fence member surrounded with vertical frames and horizontal frames, some of which are freely turned.
A fence member 5 formed by vertical frames 3 and horizontal frames 4 assembled like a grid between right and left supports 1 and a middle support 2 is directly fixed the right and left supports 1 and the middle support 2. A support shaft 9 provided on the upper part of the end of a flower stand 7 is engaged with a side guide groove 8 where the right and left supports 1 and the middle support 2 are opposite to each other. The support shaft is guided to be moved up and down, turned in a 90-degree arc to set the outside on the lower side and the inside on the upper side, and supported horizontally by a locking member 10. Thus, a flower stand for placing a planter can be formed on the fence by simple operation to proceed with arrangement for the comfortable living environment.
