Abstract:
To effectively utilize a fermentation culture supernatant, and further, to provide woody compost having a high lime content.
Calcium hydroxide, and a flocculant preferably composed of Bryozoa as the main raw material are added to a culture supernatant of Candida utilis, so as to obtain slurry. Further, by using wood and/or bark as the main raw material and the above slurry as a fermentation assistant, the woody compost is obtained.
