Abstract:

To provide a production method of a fermentation product containing the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid which effectively and easily produces a fermentation product containing the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid from glycyrrhizin, a production method of the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid, and a whitening agent, an anti-aging agent, a hair growth agent, a hair cosmetic and skin cosmetic containing at least one of the fermentation product containing the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid and the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid.

In a production method of a fermentation product containing the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid, a fermentation product containing the hydroxide of glycyrrhetinic acid is produced by fermenting glycyrrhizin by Graphium sp.
