To provide a fermenting, decomposing and abolishing method of residual food garbage and an apparatus therefor, capable of moisture drying of garbage, cleaning and recycling exhaust gas, and fermenting, decomposing and abolishing at the same time.
This apparatus comprises a garbage moisture evaporation dryer 100 heating, vaporizing and drying the moisture contained in garbage by a heater 118 to an appropriate moisture content, and automatically charging dried garbage into a fermentation tank 220; a fermenting, decomposing and abolishing device 200 agitating the mixture of evaporated and dried garbage, microorganisms, and various decomposition media, and continuously fermenting and decomposing for a given period at a given temperature for abolishing; and an exhaust gas circulating system 300 recycling the exhaust gas generated in the garbage moisture drying step and garbage abolishing step, after removing moisture and malodor.
