Abstract:
PURPOSE: To contrive a ferrite electric wave absorber which has small deterioration in electric wave absorption characteristic even if an as-baked ferrite tile is used without machining an end face by making the ferrite electric wave absorber filled and solidified with ferrite powder paste due to deterioration of the electric wave absorption characteristic caused by voids between the ferrite tiles stuck on the inner wall of an electric wave darkroom and the like.
CONSTITUTION: Voids between ferrite tiles 2 stuck on a metal board base face 1 are filled with a ferrite powder consistency mixed material 3 containing 4 pts.wt. epoxy resin and 98 pts.wt. to 33 pts.wt. Ni-Zn ferrite powder of average particle diameter of 1.7μm which is the same material as that of the ferrite tiles 2.
