Abstract:
To propose an MnZn ferrite powder that can express high initial permeability even in an extremely high frequency of 100 kHz.SOLUTION: The powder has an SiOcontent of 120 mass ppm or less, a P content of 10 mass ppm or less, a Cl content of 0.1 mass% or less, an Al content of more than 150 mass ppm and less than 400 mass ppm, and a Cr content of more than 150 mass ppm and 400 mass ppm or less, with the balance being FeOand unavoidable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
