To provide a material composed of a high-pure ferritic stainless steel which can reduce both of rough surface and ridging after molded into a product shape.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a ferritic stainless steel, which is a ferritic stainless steel slab containing, in mass%, Nb: 0.05% or more and 0.20% or less, B: 0.0010% or more and 0.0100% or less, and the like, satisfying the following (1) formula, comprising a ferrite single-phase structure with an equiaxial crystal rate of 70% or more, and having a thickness of 150 mm or more.
