Abstract:
To prevent fluctuation of a potential outputted from a ferroelectric substance capacitor.
The ferroelectric substance storage device is provided with a memory cells 8ij arranged in accordance wit the intersections of a plurality of bit lines BLj and a plurality of word lines WLi, and terminal cells 10j arranged in accordance with the intersections of a plurality of bit lines BLj and word lines DWL for dummy cells and configured including the ferroelectric substance capacitor Q2. When reading out data from an optional memory cell 8ij, a predetermined electric charge q2 is made to flow into the terminal cell 10j from the bit line BLj side.
