Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber product, which has a thickness ensuring sufficient heat insulation for the purpose of cold protection and has practical durability, soft and comfortable texture and good appearance.SOLUTION: A fiber product at least partially has a thick portion made up of a knitted layer and a pile layer. The pile layer comprises a first pile made up of a first pile yarn and a second pile made up of a second pile yarn. The second pile is disposed inside the first pile. The first pile yarn is excellent in functions such as hygroscopicity and touch. The second pile yarn is excellent in heat insulation. The second pile yarn can be a wall twist yarn made by winding a polypropylene hollow yarn around a polyurethane elastic yarn as a core wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
