Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device and a production method for a fiber-reinforced plastic, when a thermo-plastic FRP molding is subjected to heat-cool molding almost to a shape according to prescribed dimensions (near net shape), capable of easily establishing the prevention of the fluidization of residual resin upon the molding.SOLUTION: Provided is a fiber-reinforced plastic production device made of a pair of upper and lower dies, and composed so that at least one of the dies can come close to the other die. At least a part of the peripheral part of a preform arranged on at least one of the upper and lower dies is provided with a residual resin absorbing body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
