A fiber-reinforced preform 10 is formed by shaping a stacked body 18 comprising a plurality of fabric substrates stacked in layers, and has a bent part 14 formed by bending the stacked body 18. In each fabric substrate, a part including the bent part 14 is formed as a woven part M with weave texture, and the other part is formed as an unwoven part N without weave texture. The plurality of fabric substrates are stacked in layers so that a plurality of unwoven parts N are aligned in the stacking direction of the stacked body 18, and a plurality of woven parts M are aligned in the stacking direction.
