Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composite material having excellent heat distortion resistance, to provide a fiber-reinforced resin composite material which has light weight and excellent impact resistance against a flying object and to provide a method for efficiently producing the fiber-reinforced resin composite material.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber-reinforced resin composite material in which a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin laminate layer and a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin laminate layer are laminated via a resin layer and the void content in the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin laminate layer and the resin layer is 35% or less. There is provided a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin composite material which comprises: (1) a step of hot-press molding a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin laminate layer; (2) a lamination step of arranging or overlapping a thermoplastic resin film by applying an adhesive between one or more prepregs constituting the resulting fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin laminate and fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin laminate to perform preform; and (3) a pressurizing and heating step of pressurizing and heating and integrating the resulting preform laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
