Abstract:
To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composite molding which has no disorder of fibers nor voids even in a complicated shape and has good appearance.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin composite molding 10 is composed of a surface layer part 11 formed of a fiber-reinforced resin material for surface layer part formation, a base layer part 21 formed of a compound for base layer part formation and an intermediate layer part 31 formed of a thermosetting resin foam sheet of an open-cell structure arranged between the surface layer part and the base layer part, in which the surface layer part, the base layer part and the intermediate layer part are cured by heat compression and integrated with each other in the state where the fiber-reinforced resin material for surface layer part formation and the compound for base layer part formation are stacked so as to sandwich the thermosetting resin foam sheet of the open-cell structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
