To provide an inexpensive sandwich-structure FRP panel which solves the problem of a conventional FRP panel, can secure high rigidity applicable to a panel for cars etc., heat insulation, and sound insulation, has a good appearance, and can be produced by integral molding.
This FRP panel is composed of a core material, an FRP surface material covering the core material, and a cloth which is located between the FRP surface material and the core material and impregnated with a thermosetting resin composition with 5×102 to 1×105 P in viscosity measured at 60°C. The other FRP panel is composed of the core material, the FRP surface material covering the core material and unidirectionally aligned reinforcing fibers which are located between the surface material and the core material and impregnated with a thermosetting resin composition having viscosity of 1×102 to 5×103 P measured at 60°C.
