Abstract:
To provide a thin and lightweight biodegradable fiber structure capable of eliminating essential disadvantages of a fiber and a resin of a conventional petroleum polymer, having high molding shape retaining properties and readily carrying out molding processing.
This fiber structure is characterized by composing at least ≥40 wt.% of a fabric of polylactic acid fibers and subjecting the fabric to three-dimensional molding processing after producing the fabric at 150-180°C dry heating temperature.
