Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent damage of a transmission mechanism and a rotor bound phenomenon when braking force is applied to a rotor for stopping by providing a rotor brake mechanism on the driven side of the transmission mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 3 rotatably supported on a machine base 2 via a supporting block 4 and a pair of take-up spindles 5, 6 rotatably supported on this rotor 3 are provided. Rotation of a drive motor 28 is transmitted to the rotor 3 via chain wrapping transmission mechanisms 29, 30, 31 to conduct rotation-driving of the rotor 3. A brake device 35 of the rotor 3 is provided on the driven side of the chain wrapping transmission mechanisms 29, 30, 31. This brake device 35 is constituted so as to press a brake shoe, by means of an actuator, to a brake disc 36 integrated with a rotor shaft 25. By providing the rotor brake device 35 in this way, transmission of inertia force of the rotor 3 to the transmission mechanism at the time of braking can be prevented.
