Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a protein film to be applied for epithelial tissue, drug discharge, tissue liberate or bandage, which can prevent the intrusion of pathogen and which promotes the healing speed of a wound or injury of the other epithelium. CONSTITUTION: A protein film, which does not include cells to be grown up and which has density at about 0.5-50mg/cm<2> , has acid pH in the case where acid soluble collagen exists in an aqueous buffer salt containing medium, and one pt.wt. of a fibrin element is mixed with 0-3 pts.wt. of the collagen so as to form a fibrin element or a composition of the fibrin element and the collagen. This film is formed by a method, which includes polymerization of the composition in the existence of thorombin.
