Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fibrinolytic agent capable of expressing fibrinolylic activities and comprising a plasminogen activator protein recognized with an antibody to human urokinase as an effective ingredient.
CONSTITUTION: This fibrinolytic agent is obtained by inserting a polydeoxyribonucleotide segment into a plasmid vector coding for a human derived plasminogen activator protein, transforming E. coli. with the plasmid vector, producing the plasmiogen activator protein in the E. coli., harvesting a plasminogen activator protein expressing fibrinolytic activity and recognized with an antibody to human urokinase and obtain the fibrinolytic agent comprising the said protein.
