Abstract:
To provide a microfibrous cellulose that is less prone to discoloration even under a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fibrous cellulose that has a fiber width of 1000 nm or less and includes a substituent represented by the formula (11). In the formula (11), R1 and R2 each denote a hydrogen atom, a saturated-linear hydrocarbon group, saturated-branched hydrocarbon group, a saturated-cyclic hydrocarbon group, an unsaturated-linear hydrocarbon group, an unsaturated-branched hydrocarbon group, an unsaturated-cyclic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic group, or a group derived from any of them.SELECTED DRAWING: None
