Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the depth of slot and to increase the width of pole without varying the area of slot.
CONSTITUTION: Two adjacent slots 3 are punched simultaneously with the opposite sides 1a, 1a of a pole 1, formed between thus punched slots 3, being in parallel with each other. Consequently, side face part 3a of the slot 3 is widened and the depth of the slot 3 is decreased thus enhancing the filling effect of field winding while furthermore availability of machine is enhanced by decreasing the width of a wedge supporting piece 2 and increasing the width of the pole 1.
