To provide a filament lamp which can be suppressed from cracking, and a heating device.
A filament lamp includes a glass pipe 1 having a cylindrical portion 11 and a sealing portion 12 formed at both ends thereof, a metal foil 2 sealed to the sealing portion 12, a filament 3 electrically connected to the metal foil 2 to be arranged inside the cylindrical portion 11, and a base 6 provided to house the sealing portion 12 inside. The sealing portion 12 is a pinch seal portion comprising a pair of first surfaces 121 and a pair of second surfaces 122, and the base 6 has a pair of first wall portions 61 and a pair of second wall portions 62, and also has a thin portion 621 formed on the lamp center side of the second wall portion 62, the size d2 of a gap between a lamp center side end of the thin portion 621 and the sealing portion 12 being larger than the size of a gap d1 between the second wall portion 62 where the thin portion 621 is formed and a lamp end side end of the sealing portion 12.
