To provide a filament made of a thermoplastic elastic resin, scarcely causing bleedout of flame retardant contained and excellent in flame-retardancy, and to provide a woven fabric using the filament and a seat using the woven fabric.
This filament excellent in flame retardance composed of a thermoplastic elastic resin comprises (A) a phosphorus compound represented by a general formula 1 (wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; n is 1-15) and/or a general formula 2 (wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; n is 1-15) and having ≤15 eq/106 g acid value and (B) a nitrogen compound which is a salt of a triazine-based compound with cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid. This woven or knitted fabric is obtained by using the above filament. This sheet for seats is obtained by using the woven or knitted fabric.
