To provide a new microcolumn that contains a packing material and can be connected to a capillary tube.SOLUTION: A connection structure provided in one aspect includes a connector or a microcolumn and a plurality (for example, two) of capillary tubes. A connection structure in one embodiment is configured such that the microcolumn (or connector) and the capillary tube are in fluid communication, and a connection structure in one embodiment is configured to be liquid-tight (to prevent liquid from flowing out from the inside of a structure to the outside).SELECTED DRAWING: None
