FILLER SCATTERING METHOD FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of deterioration of a picture quality by printing a liquid to other area than an area corresponding to a thin film transistor part with respect to one of opposed electrode substrates, and thereafter, scattering a filler onto the substrate and allowing the printing liquid to adsorb it and blowing away the filler which has not been adsorbed to the printing liquid by wind pressure. CONSTITUTION:A proper quantity of liquid 1' is put onto the tip part of a printing needle 8 provided on a printing board 9, and thereafter, the liquid 1' is printed by suitable pressure to a thin film transistor array substrate 3 which has been positioned and placed in advance. Thereafter, a filler is scattered all over the thin film transistor array substrate. The filler being in a position of a printing liquid is adsorbed to the printing liquid, and thereafter, by flowing away an unnecessary filler by applying suitable wind pressure, the filler can be dispersed and placed in a position where the liquid has been printed in advance. In such a way, a scattering position of the filler can be set simply and effectively, therefore, it does not occur that the filler exists in a thin film transistor part and a wiring part, and deterioration of the picture quality is not generated.
