Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a filling device of the filler for bending capable of improv ing the workability by forming a flexible lip on a sealing material, and bringing the lip into slidable contact with a circumferential wall part other than a pouring part of a tubular work to realize the sealing.
CONSTITUTION: After a filter accommodating part 2 is lifted upward from a device body to set a tubular work, the filler accommodating part 2 is lowered to fit an outer guide member 6 and an inner guide member 10 to the upper end of the tubular work. When the molten filler is fed to the filler accommodating part 2, the filler flows into a pouring part (g) of the tubular work to be filled through a slot (s) and a pouring port (f) of a cap member 5. The filler leaked from the pouring part (g) is sealed by the sealing materials 11, 12. The space between the lips 11a, 12a is small, and even when the entered filler is attached to the vicinity of the lips 11a, 12a, the lips 11a, 12a are fixed in drawing out the tubular pipe, and easily peeled, and the sealability is not damaged.
