Abstract:

To provide a filling method and a filling device capable of increasing the number of non-defective products discharged during filling using a residual filling liquid and reducing the amount of the residual filling liquid to be discarded.SOLUTION: After completing the filling of a preset number of containers in a normal filling mode, the mode is switched to a full filling mode in which only a residual filling liquid in a filling liquid tank 3 is used to fully fill a mouth. In the full filling mode, the stored amount is filled by a first full filling mode in which filling is performed in the same manner as the normal filling mode until a preset normal filling stability limit value is reached, after reaching the normal filling stability limit value, a second full filling mode which closes a filling valve 6 at a predetermined timing based on the flow rate obtained from the increased weight within a certain period of time during filling, and further after reaching a preset head cancellation value, a third full filling mode in which filling is performed by limiting a filling nozzle 4 used for filling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
