Abstract:
To be able to grasp in real time the difference between a liquid filling amount and an appropriate filling amount at the time of monitoring a liquid filling state to a filling container on a liquid filling line.SOLUTION: A filling monitoring device that monitors filling conditions of liquid to be filled to a filling container in a liquid filling line includes: an inflow amount acquisition part which acquires an inflow amount of liquid flowing into a filling device for filling liquid to the filling container; a filling capacity memory part which memorizes a set filling capacity which is a set value of the filling capacity for the filling container; a filling number acquisition part which acquires the filling number of filling containers filled with liquid; a calculation part which obtains the theoretical total filling amount of the filled liquid based on the set filling capacity and the filling number, and also obtains the balance between the inflow amount and the theoretical filling total amount; and a display part which displays information about the balance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
