A nozzle tip 14 of the filling-up nozzle has an upper opening for storing a lower part of a nozzle body, an engaging groove 42 engaged by the nozzle body and a bayonet, a discharge port 44 formed at a lower end, and an engaging tool for preventing the mesh 41 from dropping from the discharge port. The mesh 41 is provided with a first slit 41a which is formed from one piece of a spring steel wire and winds at a zigzagged shape or a U-shape and covering the discharge port 44, and a second slit 41b which is formed from one piece of the spring steel wire formed likewise as the first slit and is crossed with the first slit at a right angle.
