Abstract:
To provide a filling and weighing device that has high weighing accuracy and high processing capacity.SOLUTION: A filling and weighing device 10 includes a chemical feeding device 46 that feeds chemicals M, multiple cups 22 containing chemicals M, an electronic balance 40 for measuring the weight of the cups 22, first and second filling devices 32A, 32B that fill a container V with chemicals M from the cups 22, and a cup moving device 42 that moves the cups between the electronic balance 40 and the first and second filling devices 32A, 32B. The electronic balance 40 weighs filled cups 22 supplied with a predetermined amount of chemicals M and empty cups 22 that have been emptied by filling the container V with the chemicals M, and determines the filling weight of the container V by subtracting the weight of empty cups 22 from the weight of filled cups 22. The cup moving device 42 uses multiple cups 22 to perform at the same time the movement of filled cups 22 from the electronic balance 40 to the first and second filling devices 32A, 32B and the movement of empty cups 22 from the first and second filling devices 32A,32B to the electronic balance 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
