Abstract:
To provide a film antenna that enables an antenna pattern to be simply formed, and provide a manufacturing method of the film antenna.SOLUTION: A film antenna 10 includes a thin film layer 13 containing a part 16a constituting an antenna pattern and a part 16b which does not constitute the antenna pattern in the same flat face on a face of a substrate 12. The part 16a constituting the antenna pattern is constituted by a conductive film containing a metal. The part 16b which does not constitute the antenna pattern is constituted by a non-conductive film containing at least one of a metal oxide, a metal nitride, and a metal carbide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
