Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately bend a film discontinuous in bending position into a predetermined state by temporarily bending the bending objective part of the film blown up from one surface of a holding means across a bending position before finally bending the same.
SOLUTION: A film is held to a predetermined state by a film holding part 11 and air jet holes are respectively bored in the upper surface of the film holding part 11 in the periphery outside leading end parts and the suction holes of perforated parts. In the film holding part 11, compressed air supplied through an air supply part at a first processing position is successively jetted to the outside through an air introducing hole and air jet holes and the separation outer peripheral part of the film thus sucked and held can be blown up. Next, the separation outer peripheral part of the held film are temporarily bent across the root of a slit by a pressing part 12 and a temporary bending part 13 before finally bent by a final bending part 14.
