Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve material yield of a base film and enable cost reduction, by forming product regions in such a manner that the product regions are inclined at a specified angle to a carrying direction of a base film, and forming adjacently the product regions.
SOLUTION: A plurality of carrying holes 3 are formed at both end portions of the width direction of a base film 2, having equal pitches. A plurality of pairs of fan-shaped circuit patterns 4 are continuously formed on the surface of the base film 2 sandwiched by both carrying holes 3, having a specified angle, e.g. about 45°, to the carrying direction of the base film 2. An almost rectangular product region 5 which surrouds the inclined circuit pattern 4 is formed in a region surrounded by two-doted chain lines. A product mounting part S on which a product like semiconductor is fixed is formed in the central part of the product region 5. An outer lead part 4a and an inner lead part 5b on which the product is fixed with solder or the like are formed outside the circuit pattern 4.
