Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally constitute a film cleaner which removes the dust sticking to a film while uniformly destaticizing the film without upsizing.
SOLUTION: A main body case and an oscillation arm A are provided with brushes B and plural openings 18 are pierced in the transverse direction of the film 1 at two points holding the brushes B of the main body case in-between. Electrodes 45 are arranged within the respective openings 18 and high voltages of a plus voltage and minus voltage are impressed to the adjacent electrodes 45 among these electrodes 45 and the ionized air is sent from the openings 18 to the film 1.
