Abstract:
To provide a film of a polymer useful as intermediate layers for an electroluminescence device and a field effect transistor, having improved conductivity and a high device efficiency in a low voltage.
This film contains the polymer containing a skeleton having a repetition unit of Formula I (wherein respective R1s represent independently H, 1C-40C hydrocarbyl, 3C-40C hydrocarbyl containing one or a plurality of S, N, O, P or Si atoms, or where the both R1s form 5-20C ring structure containing one or a plurality of S, N, or O atoms, together with the 9-carbon on fluorene, where respective as are independently 0 or 1, and where X represents O or S).
