To prevent remarkable reduction in capacity, when different masters require different copying conditions by copying one master at one copying station and passing this master through the other copying station, without copying the master.

In a film strip 1 and a copying material 4, the master to be copied on a normal condition is copied at a standard copying station 5. When an LCD matrix 8i and/or an objective lens 8e is adjusted, a computer 3 actuates a filter unit 8b and a shutter 8f, to copy a nonstandard master by using a light quantity for copying corrected with respect to a condition set at a copying station 8. The master after being copied at the standard copying station 5 passes through the copying station 8, without being copied thereat, to be carried. The corresponding part of the copying material 4 exposed at the station 5 passes through the station 8, without being exposed thereat.
