PURPOSE: To obtain the titled film transparent to the light having a specific wavelength, preventing the generation of mist nor the outbreak of blights, and giving excellent colored and grown strawberry, by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a specific amount of a specific surfactant such as a nonionic surfactant.

CONSTITUTION: A film transparent to the light of 330nm wavelength can be produced by compounding 100pts.(wt). of a vinyl chloride resin with (A) ≥0.5pts., preferably 1W5pts. of a nonionic surfactant (e.g. partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol such as sorbitan and a 12W22C fatty acid, (B) 0.01W1pt. of a fluorine- containing surfactant [e.g. compound of formula RfOH, RfCOOM (Rf is 1W20C fluorinated aliphatic group, etc.; M is H, etc.), etc.] and/or a silicone-based surfactant [e.g. (non)hydrolyzable siloxane-polyoxyalkylene block copolymer, etc.] and (C) a substance absorbing the light of 330nm wavelength (e.g. ultraviolet absorber).
