PURPOSE: To improve an antistatic property even under low humidity by providing a layer contg. the sulfonated matter of a copolymer of the reactive double bond component in naphtha oil and maleic anhydride, a water-soluble or water- dispersible high polymer and polyglycerol.
CONSTITUTION: The layer contg. the sulfonated matter of the copolymer of the reactive double bond component in the arom. hydrocarbon oil (naphtha oil) essentially consisting of at least indene, and the maleic anhydride, the water- soluble or water-dispersible high polymer and the polyglycerol is provided. The component having the reactive double bonds in the naphtha oil refers to the mixture essentially composed of the indene existing in the naphtha oil and the arom. hydrocarbon oil having the reactive double bonds. While the compsn. of the naphtha oil varies with the differences in distillation methods and raw materials, the production is easier as the content of the component having the reactive double bonds is higher. The component having the reactive double bonds is sufficient in terms of reaction if this component is incorporated into the naphtha oil at ≥5%. The content of the indene is preferably ≥50%.
