A film laminate has a base material film and a photosensitive resin film. In the film laminate, the photosensitive resin film contains (a) alkaline soluble polyimide, (b) unsaturated bond machine content polymerizable compound, (c) photopolymerization initiator, and (d) thermal crosslinking agent; the photosensitive resin film is formed in thickness direction, of two or more layers from which composition of resin differs; and the innermost layer of the photosensitive resin film formed in the base material film side is small in absorbance in wavelength 405 nm compared with the outermost layer of the photosensitive resin film formed in the opposite base material film side.
