A film transfer device 1 is provided with a pressing member 91 of same shape with its pressing surface 91a formed into an arc face, a first cam mechanism 20 to be lifted and lowered between a pressing position whereon the pressing member 91 is pressed onto a work X and a standby position above the pressing position and a second cam mechanism 30 for rolling the pressing member 91 on the work X by driving the pressing member 91 in the horizontal direction on the pressing position. Also a single motor 4 for actuating the first and second cam mechanisms 20 and 30 is provided.
